EatThriftLove’s first annual fall in self-love retreat - where we got vulnerable and dove deep into what it truly means to love from within.
We started with a guided yoga session led by Mila “Kels the Yogi” Marshall • the 60-minute class included yoga asana, pranayama, and ended with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). The theme of the class was centered around self-love, with poses that inspire the heart to open by honoring the body. www.milakmarshall.com.
We then followed yoga with light bites, champagne + queens sister circle • this time was dedicated to diving deep into conversations about self-love.
Following that portion of the retreat, we brought in ChiroOne Wellness Centers who provided complementary stress assessments + posture checks. We are firm believers that Chiropractic care (a holistic alternative to modern medicine) saves lives.
We were beyond grateful to share space with these beautiful queens and look forward to opportunities to host again.
