So I’m sure you’ve heard of meditation right? But have you ever tried mindful moisturizing while meditating? How often do you make time to touch on yourself? I mean really making a conscious effort to spend time with yourself and the one and only vessel you have in this lifetime? Our bodies crave touch and it’s essential for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. As someone that adores meditation and views it as a necessity for my sanity, I was really excited to try this new practice of mindful moisturizing and it’s now apart of my consistent self-love routine.
